Vendor Agreement.

1. Vendor must either pay the host (M-Media Tanzania) a fixed amount of money of Five Hundred Thousand Tanzanian Shillings (Tsh 500,000/=) before the start of business or Forty percent (40%) of the income obtained at the end of business.
2. Vendor will be given a tent for conducting business during the event after confirming the choice of payment with the host (M-Media Tanzania) as of (1) above.
3. Vendor is responsible for creating his/her own environment for conducting business as he/she sees fit. Host will only provide the tent for conducting business.
4. Vendor is free to change price of items as long as the payment to the host (M-Media Tanzania) agreement is met.
5. Vendor is strictly prohibited to sell illegal items. Vendor must only sell agreed business items If caught, legal actions will strictly be applied.
